5. Walkerhill’s Walking Trails

The best part about Walkerhill is its amazing natural surroundings. Taking a leisurely walk through the lush surrounding forest is a great way for your child to learn about nature. The Walkerhill Walking Trails are sub-divided into the Walkerhill Course, the Han River Course, and the Mt. Acha Ecological Park Course. The Walkerhill course starts at the main building and takes about 15 minutes to explore surrounding Walkerhill sites. The Han River course runs along the Han River on one side and the city-center on the other, and it also takes about 15 minutes to complete. The Achasan Ecological Park allows guest to really experience the surrounding natural environment, but it takes at least 20 minutes each way, so it will requires more time and stamina than the more casual trails.

Be sure to stop to take a rest and pictures at the “Dougals Garden” located in the middle of Walkerhill Walking Trails, being designed to preserve the mountain and its trees. Or take a tour of Walkerhill on the character cart provided by the Grand Walkerhill Seoul Concierge Team.
