The name “Tripella” was created by combining “triple” and the Italian word for beauty – “bella” – to reflect the beauty of the magnificent trio of truffles, foie gras and caviar. This combination of extravagant ingredients will come at a very reasonable price, ensuring extremely high customer satisfaction with this new promotion.

With a total of five courses, Tripella starts with a Mediterranean-style black truffle & Korean beef salad to give guests a savory, appetite-inspiring start right off the bat. Then guests will experience the unique freshness of spaghetti with abalone and zucchini. The first main dish then delivers French foie gras with port wine sauce and asparagus, followed by a sous vide beef sirloin topped with scallop and caviar.
