Announcing the Walkerhill Seasonal Menu Filled with the Scents of Spring
Walkerhill Hotels & Resorts(“Walkerhill”) offer a variety of spring seasonal menus. This spring, experience dishes prepared with fresh seasonal ingredients rich in both flavor and nutrition – available for a limited period of time.
First, Walkerhill’s signature Korean restaurant Ondal will showcase “Table d’hote in Southwestern Cuisine” made with fresh regional ingredients of the season. From marinated stingray and spring vegetable pancakes to local specialties of the area like skate & pork wraps(Hong-eo-sam-hap) and freshly diced raw squid. Available from March 1st to April 30th, “Table d’hote in Southwestern Cuisine” promotion can be ordered for 2 or more people. The price is KRW 85,000 won per person(including tax and service charge).
Meanwhile, Walkerhill’s signature pizza restaurant, Pizza Hill, will introduce three spring menu options. During the months of March, April & May, guests can savor the spring menu, which includes the fresh strawberry-topped “Very Berry Salad”, a delicious ricotta cheese pizza, and a scallop pasta topped with wild racomole, a locally-foraged green best consumed in spring. Pizza Hill has also added a new Chicken Doria, made with light chicken breast, barley and superfood quinoa, a perfect option for guests hoping to avoid gluten and flour-based dishes.
